- Return Window: You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility: Footwear must be in “as-new” condition, unworn, and returned in the original box with all tags attached. Please test your sneakers/boots indoors on a clean surface to ensure the perfect fit.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If the size isn’t right, we will exchange it for a different size, subject to current stock levels.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (or store credit) after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Process: To start a return, email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or is an incorrect item.
